Plastic Pro Base With Anchor Kit & French Drain
The Plastic Pro Base is a lightweight and eco-friendly alternative to a concrete base and allows you to create a custom base quickly and easily. The base is perfect for sheds, summer houses, green houses, log cabins and playhouses, allowing you to create a firm and level base and raise your buildings to prevent damp. The Anchor Kit is an Anchor Assist system and is designed to help secure your building to your ProBase. The Anchor Block will fit into any cell within your Pro Base. We do not include fixings ie Nuts Bolts or Screws. The French Drain system is designed to go in the perimeter cells along two sides of your shed base where the rainwater runs off your roof. Simply insert them into the cells of your ProBase. The included membrane allows water to drain away while preventing weeds and other harmful elements from damaging the underside of you garden building. Each of the 500mm grids easily interlock to create a solid and rigid construction. Due to the strength of the plastic and the construction of the Pro Base, it is strong enough to carry the load of a small garden shed without the need for pea gravel. Each grid can hold approximately 10kg of 10mm round pea gravel. The gravel also helps with weight distribution on larger buildings. How to install Anchor Kit: Option One Use a standard screw Position shed over the Anchor Blocks and drive a screw through the timber frame into the Anchor Block Option Two Use a nut and bolt Before you fill the grids with gravel, place your shed and Anchor Blocks where required. Pre drill through your timber and Anchor Blocks. Position bolt from underneath by lifting up the corner of the base. Fill grids with gravel. Reposition shed and secure with a nut.

Our adjustable Quick Jack Wooden Base Levelling Kit is an easy-to-fit adjustable base foundation system for all sizes of garden building and decking areas. The adjustable base offers up to 8 inches of adjustment on ground that is out of level. Please Note: Timbers are NOT included in the kit. Please design your own base out of 2 inch wide timbers to suit your building. Installation Guide: Build your timber frame using 2 inch wide timbers (Top Tip: 100mm x 50mm timber are perfect) Attach the brackets to your frame Spin the bearing plates onto the screw piles and attach the screw piles to the brackets Spin the plates to their starting position next to the brackets Flip the frame over and position (Tip: Make sure that the screw piles are vertical & that the ground where the screw piles are positioned is flat and compacted) Drive the piles into the ground to the desired depth by tapping the timbers (Tip: If your ground is hard, make life easy by pre-drilling your holes with a 20mm bit.
